BACKGROUND AND HISTORY OF BERAS HOUSE

Assalamualaikum wbt..First of all, terima kasih yg tidak terhingga utk para pelanggan, bakal pelanggan dan sesiapa saja yg melawat blog kami. BERAS HOUSE
actually registered under Kilang Beras Kbg Menerong Sdn Bhd which started its operation in 1970, it has become one of the nation's leading rice manufacturer focusing on rice business covering extensive activities ranging from processing, packaging to producing more than 6 other different varieties of rice product under the brand "BERAS HOUSE".
(FYI, we are the third generation of the business, so pengalaman dr nenek moyang kamilah yg memberikan inspirasi untuk kami meneruskan perniagaan ini :) )
Realizing the need to strengthen marketing strategies, we had realigned its position through opening its 3 branches to improve market share and consumer loyalty.

Bangi Branches:

This is located at Section 3 Tambahan, dekat ngan golf club tu..ada petronas, so, Beras House ada kt belakang petronas tu... so anything, call this number 017-6240128 (Norman)..


Senawang Branches:


..and this is located at Cempaka Commercial Centre, Taipan Senawang..opposite Secret Recipe...

Products & Quality

There is no secret in attributing the success of Beras House other than quality product. Driven by good grading processes and stable market, quality products can only be obtained from quality paddy that is specially grown in these fertile regions of the states of Kedah Darul Aman. Paddy from this region is processed by its own milling plant.

Using an environmental and eco-friendly drying system thorough generating hot air from water. The plant consistently churned out rice with the highest standard of hygiene, quality and purity. It seeks to maintain the natural goodness and taste in every grain produced. Thus making the best rice choice from any consumer signifying stability and the assurance of its quality in the market. So, our rice products have two grading process - 5% and 10%.. ( mesti anda agak confuse , apa itu 5% dan 10%.. beras paling cantik, adalah yg 5% laa..sebab kandungan beras hancur adalah 5% sahaja, another one is 10%, which is beras yg hancur adalah sebanyak 10%...)


This is Local Super Special, or Super Spesial Tempatan 5%, its texture is hard.

Another one is 10%..the texture also hard and this is good for pengusaha restoran, kantin, cafeteria and anyone yg prefer harga yg murah sikit dr 5%..

Recommended use for fried rice, nasi lemak, or any dish or cuisine
Beras House SST 5 % and 10% Cooking Method:

  1. Rinse rice with water and drain.
  2. Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice (to produce softer rice) or 2 cups of water to 1 ½ cup of rice (to produce harder rice).
  3. Cover the rice cooker and turn it on.
  4. When rice cooker automatically switches off, do not lift the lid immediately. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes.
